Keystone Collection is a new and ambitious hotel chain, launched in 2023. It is redefining modern hospitality with a growing portfolio of thoughtfully designed hotels and a team driven by experience, dedication, and care.
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to excellence – reflected in every detail, from renovation to daily guest service.
Our journey began with the successful transformation of the iconic Konventa Seta Hotel, and continues with the luxurious Carillon Aparthotel, opened in December 2025.
As we look ahead, a new four-star hotel is already in development, further expanding our presence in Riga’s hospitality scene.
Nestled in the UNESCO-listed heart of Riga, Konventa Sēta places you just steps Nestled in the UNESCO-listed heart of Riga, Konventa Sēta places you just steps away from the city’s most iconic landmarks. Wander through cobbled lanes and breathe in centuries of history:
Relax at Konventa Sēta Hotel after a day of exploration, where history lives in every stone—right at your doorstep, in the heart of Old Riga.
The hotel’s inner courtyard has entrances on three sides of the block, giving guests direct access to three different parts of the Old Town and its most iconic landmarks – the medieval St. Peter’s Church with the popular Bremen Town Musicians sculpture at its foot (a favourite among children), and Jāņa Sēta, another ensemble of historic buildings featuring the terrace of the popular beer restaurant Two More Beers. Two of the passages are closed at night to ensure greater comfort, privacy and safety for guests in the very centre of the city.
These different access points to the surrounding quarters give this Old Riga’s hotel a unique atmosphere – allowing guests to feel part of the vibrant buzz of Old Riga while enjoying the tranquillity and comfort of a private home. The winding, cobbled paths of the courtyard form a charming maze, providing a peaceful retreat and picture-perfect views for those seeking rest from the city’s buzz.
Konventa Sēta complex is a unique historical architectural ensemble dating back to 13th century being residence for the Order of the Brothers of the Sword.
After Order left for a new residence, Konventa Sēta acquired by the Convent of the Holy Spirit, which sets up a shelter here. This is how the name of the Convention homestead came about.
From 1554, only shelters, residential houses and warehouses were located here. In the following centuries, the Convent homestead suffered several fires and underwent several reconstructions. At the beginning of the 18th century, the current construction composition of the Konventa Sēta was formed.
By the middle of 20th century, the buildings of the Konventa Sēta were exposed to the ravages of time and gradually collapsed and disappeared from the sight of Riga’s residents.
With the close cooperation of Latvian and German architects and builders, the restoration of the historical ensemble was carried out, and by 1996 and Konventa Sēta was reopened in a new form to all residents and guests of the city. It is in this place, surrounded by medieval buildings, that the beautiful and freshly-renovated in 2023 Konventa Sēta Hotel is located with its six houses – Main building, Forge and Stables, Kampenhausen, Garden house, The House of Grey sisters, and the Monastery gate.
The evidence of history, which is still preserved by the ancient walls of Konventa Sēta is a surprise and a temptation for every guest.
