We care about the comfort of all our guests, which is why we’ve also ensured that your pet’s stay at our hotel will be as pleasant as possible.
Every guest arriving with a dog receives some additional extras for the pet – if needed, we provide a pet bed, a soft towel, as well as water and food bowls. This way, you don’t need to pack all these items, which take up extra space in your luggage. Moreover, our staff is used to welcoming guests with pets and is always ready to assist.
Pets need peace and quiet, as well as plenty of time to sleep and rest, even while traveling. Try to include enough downtime in your trip itinerary for calm relaxation. Bring your four-legged friend’s favourite toy to help them adapt to the new environment. Don’t leave your pet alone in the room for long periods. If you do need to leave them alone, make sure they won’t be able to escape. Be sure to notify the hotel staff that your pet is alone in the room to avoid any unpleasant situations when housekeeping comes for the daily cleaning.
There is a small fee of 15 euros per day for your pet’s stay. This fee covers not only the additional amenities for your pet but also the staff’s efforts to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all guests – both people and animals – feel comfortable. It is recommended to inform the hotel in advance of your pet’s arrival so that we can prepare for their stay. You can do this either when booking through our online system or by contacting the reception desk by phone or email.
